How we operate

From regional yards to global ports — a transparent, end-to-end process. We handle every step with discipline, accountability, and care.
Process

From yard to world in nine steps

Every shipment follows the same rigorous path. We source locally, consolidate regionally, and deliver globally — with full transparency at each stage and ISRI-compliant documentation at every handover
Regional sourcing

Local suppliers, yards, and factories across the Levant feed our network.

Collection and transport

Our own haulage fleet covers the region with scheduled pickups.

Yard receipt and weighing

Material arrives, is weighed to the kilogram and logged into our tracking system.

Sourcing

We know the yards and the people

Golden Metals sources non-ferrous scrap from a network of local and regional suppliers — yards, factories, demolition sites, and industrial operations across the Levant. We have built these relationships over years. We know who has material, what condition it is in, and when it will be ready. This is not transactional. It is built on trust.
Three bullet points
Logistics

Pickup and logistics built for scale

Our own haulage fleet covers the region with scheduled pickups and reliable transport. Material moves from supplier to yard on our timeline, not theirs — which means consistent flow into our processing facility and predictable turnaround for export.
Operations

Every gram is weighed and graded

Material is logged on arrival, weighed to the kilogram, and sorted by type and alloy. We follow ISRI specifications. Nothing leaves our yard without being accounted for, graded, and entered into the chain-of-custody record.
Three bullet points
Quality

Testing and inspection before shipment

We test every batch. Samples are retained, results documented, and certificates issued before any container leaves the yard. Your buyer receives exactly what was promised — no disputes at discharge, no surprises at the smelter.
Three bullet points
Export

Baled, sealed, and ready for the world

Material is baled or packed to buyer specification, loaded into containers under direct supervision, sealed with traceable closures, and handed to the port with complete export documentation. No surprises at any stage.
Shipping

Global partners, reliable transit times

We work with established international shipping lines and support all major INCOTERMS — FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW. Typical transit times: Europe 10–14 days, Asia 18–24 days, Americas 20–26 days from port of loading.

Impact

Recycling saves energy and cuts emissions

Every tonne of scrap we process avoids the energy cost of primary smelting. Recycled aluminium saves 95% of the energy required for virgin production. Recycled copper saves 85%. The math is simple — we move material that would otherwise sit in landfill into furnaces that feed manufacturing. That is the circular economy in practice
